The VANTAGE Academy workshops will explore what terms like SCANNING or AWARENESS mean in the context of team sports and how you, as a coach, can help your players create the conditions for making decisions.
Our approach blends on-field demonstrations,
theory sessions, and
actionable drills that you can apply immediately with your team.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The workshop has a duration of 2,5 hours and is designed to give coaches both a solid understanding of our methodology and practical tools they can apply immediately.
To make the most of the session, we divide it into two parts:
A THEORY SESSION to explain the concepts and principles behind our method, and a PRACTICAL SESSION where you’ll see and practice the drills on the field.
Coaches who hold a KNVB coaching license at any level will receive 3 license points upon completing the workshop. However, all coaches are welcome to join us.
Our primary goal is to provide coaches with practical tools to integrate decision-making requirements into their team training sessions, whether you are a grassroots coach without a license or a professional-level coach looking to elevate your craft.

- OODA
- BODY POSITIONING
- NON VERBAL COMMUNICATION
- Science and statistics
- Training and game analysis breakdown
Practical session:
- On-field demonstration with drills
- Step by step explanation
- Video analysis of recorded drills

- Group Size: 16 participants minimum
- Location: VANTAGE facility or on-site at your club
